Katherine Sneak Peaks

This is just a sneak peak of what goes into Katherine's room. We just painted yesterday but the final pictures of the room will not be posted until April... All I am waiting on is the artwork for the walls and the bedding which is on back order.

This is a cute story. JPL loves to shop for his little sister. Every time we go into Old Navy he fills the cart with girl clothes saying "this is so beautiful." The first time he walked up to me with girl underwear and said "we need this." I explained that those were girl underwear and that he had enough of his own underwear. He explained back that he knew that and that sister needed these. So, last time to ON he picked out this yellow shirt. It is an 18-24 month but it was on sale for $2.99 so I bought it and he is so proud that he bought something beautiful for his little baby sister. SOOOOO CUTE!!!!

Little Boy Blue

JPL had a nursery rhyme parade at school. He chose little boy blue.

Little Boy Blue,

Come blow your horn,

The sheep's in the meadow,

The cow's in the corn;

Where is that boy

Who looks after the sheep?

Under the haystack

Fast asleep.

Valentine's Day

For valentine's day dinner our family had breakfast...it is one of JPL's favorites: french toast, eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. The boys got a disc sled and a kite. It does not look like we will be using the sleds this year.

The addition's addition

So we just keep building on....
Since the other screen room that we built is now our enclosed living room, we of course needed another screen room. With the winter being mild, Steven and our carpenter went ahead and started building. We have a stamped and stained concrete foundation that looks like cobblestone, a screen room, and even an outdoor patio perfect for Steven's grilling area. Everything will be finished by the end of March. More pictures to come of the completed project.

The opps reveal

I never posted this. This is how we told JPL what the gender of the baby was. We wrapped a big box like a present and filled it with pink balloons. I have a video and will post it later (when I can figure that out again).

I am really not sure why I look like this in this picture. John Louis likes to catch people on camera in this manner. But he also caught a picture of my bump.
