Arrington

We celebrated Pop and Shushu's birthday at Arrington.  We had a blast and so did the kids. Its was a bit chilly but they lit a bonfire. We had a picnic dinner. Pork tenderloin sandwiches and cheese, fruit, pretzels, potato salad, slaw, beer and wine.

Avid Readers of this blog.... I have had one of the busiest months of my life.... SO I have just posted 6 NEW BLOG POSTS.... so make sure you scroll back to K's 3 month sticker pictures which was the last time I updated the blog before now.

Katherine's Baptism & 5 Months!

This week we made a trip to Memphis for Katherine's baptism. It was a very special ceremony. Reverend Ed White baptized Katherine as he baptized John Parker and William too. Reverend White was also the minister who also married me and Steven 7+ years ago. We had brunch at the church first and the sweet ceremony followed. John Parker helped read the "Let the Children come" scripture and helped pour the water. Katherine's godparents were not able to attend but Alex and Courtney were present in spirit and blessed the baptism with scripture that is meaningful to them (Ephesians 5:1-2). KitKat is 5 months old so we took her 5 month sticker picture in her gown.
