Goodbye

Goodbye Hibbitts. Yes, you've read right....we have moved. We, of course, knew Hibbitts was just a temporary stop, but we did not anticipate a move now. We were looking... getting to know where we wanted to be...understanding our market...AND THERE IT WAS... a simple FSBO sign propped up in a yard, leaning by a tree. The sign was not even in the ground and Steven calls to schedule a look. The seller got freaked out that calls were coming in even before she got the sign in the yard and the next week when we drove by the sign was gone....GONE!  So, I called. I told the seller I was interested in seeing her house because I saw the sign the week before. But she was going out of town for a week. I called again a week later and finally we got to see it. WE KNEW THE MOMENT WE LEFT WE HAD FOUND THE HOME WHERE WE WOULD RAISE OUR FAMILY. After that we signed, we packed, we moved, and we are now exhausted but settled in our new home. Pics to come....
